How long will it take to get my flowers?
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most stems can be shipped within 3-4 weeks of ordering. Custom-made bouquets and replicated arrangements will each be made on an individual basis, and production times will depend on the number of stems and complexity of blossoms.
What are the flowers made from?
All Mother Superior's flowers are made from tissue, crepe, and/or construction paper, with wire and floral tape. Some pieces are hand-dyed, while some pieces are hand-painted.
A few of my pieces, including all flowering branches, incorporate actual stems from nature. In addition, a few varieties utilize dried flower heads or stems from my garden.
How do I care for my flowers?
Each piece shipped will come with individual instructions for unpacking, arranging, and displaying. All flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight, as they can fade. Contact with water must be avoided as it will affect color and shape. If pieces get dusty, gently blow with a hair dryer on low or no heat, from at least 6 inches distance.
How long will my flowers last?
If proper care and maintenance are given, Mother Superior's flowers should last indefinitely. Remember to keep blossoms out of direct sunlight and avoid contact with water/moisture.
My daughter-in-law's favorite flower is XXX, but I don't see it on your website.
I have created many more varietals than I have featured on Mother Superior's Garden. If you are looking for a specific flower, I'm always happy to try a new bloom., or share what I've done elsewhere. Please keep in mind there are some flowers which I may not be able to create to my standards.
I love your roses, but I want to use them in blue.
I try to keep my flowers realistic and true to nature, but nothing is written in stone! I can adapt flowers to your color scheme and can even vary some sizes or heights.
What are the methods of payment and returns?
Mother Superior's Garden accepts payment by credit card or PayPal. Orders are processed once payments are received. Complicated, customized orders may require a down payment. Shipping costs are additional.
Every order taken at Mother Superior's Garden is handled in order of receipt.
Because every piece is carefully handmade per customer specifications, returns and refunds can not be offered.
Please note that each of my products is handmade to order. As with any flower, there may be slight variations in exact color, height or shape. All attempts are made to be consistent with images on this website.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be determined by USPS estimates at time of order placement and will be paid by the customer at the time of order.

Flower Stems
Each stem is handmade to order. Some differences in color or variations in exact height may occur. Exact number of blooms, buds, and florets accompany each individual product's description.
Potted
"Planted" in terracotta garden pots, unless otherwise noted.
Branches
Flowers, buds, and leaves affixed to real tree and shrub branches, harvested from my gardens.
Custom Bouquets
Have a special occasion you want to commemorate? Maybe you have a particular space you wish to fill?

Want to throw your bouquet, but keep it too? Now you can with my bouquet replicas. Photos of actual bouquet required. Note: A few items might not be replicable.
